Lindsay was great!We went through the process of buying a home for about 3 months (and another couple months afterwards having her sell our home). There are a few moments I would highlight in this process: 1) When it came to us putting an offer on our home (that we purchased) the people we were negotiating with would not work with us. Lindsay kept us up on the process/negotiations and it came down to if the seller was not going to give an inch we may need to move on. Her advice helped us forge ahead and get the home of our dreams.2) When we were selling our condo we thought our price was good but Lindsay thought we could get a good amount more and she laid out her plan. In short we received an offer in 1 week and it was 20K over our original price we were going to ask. I remember her saying - it is easier to go down than go up in price. We couldn't be more happy with Lindsay!
